The services, consultations, and information provided on this website and during sessions are based on the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. IFS is an educational, personal development, and coaching framework designed to explore the internal system of the psyche, work with Parts, and connect with Self-energy. This practice is dedicated solely to self-exploration, inner integration, and personal growth.
2. No Medical Advice, Diagnosis, or Treatment
I am an IFS practitioner/coach, not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, or clinical psychologist. The services provided do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or psychological healthcare under Irish law.
This practice does not diagnose, treat, or cure any clinical mental health disorders or physical illnesses.
Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment from a qualified General Practitioner (GP) or psychiatrist because of information obtained through this website or our sessions.
Do not alter or discontinue any prescribed medications or medical therapies without consulting your doctor.
3. Client Autonomy and Emotional Response
IFS involves engaging with various Parts of your personality, including protective and vulnerable/exiled parts. This inner work can sometimes trigger strong emotional waves or temporary somatic (physical) responses.
You retain full autonomy and control over the pacing of your sessions.
By engaging in this practice, you accept full personal responsibility for your emotional well-being and physical experiences during and between sessions.
4. Emergency Situations
This practice does not provide crisis intervention or emergency services. If you are experiencing an acute psychological crisis, severe distress, or self-harming thoughts, you must immediately contact your local GP, go to the nearest hospital Emergency Department (A&E), or reach out to emergency services in Ireland by dialing 999 or 112, or contact The Samaritans on 116 123.
